Returns and Refunds

You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be observed: The product must be returned in its original packaging; The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received; The product must be returned with attached tags (or protectors), manuals and all accompanying accessories. We do not exchange products that are an inadequate size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid errors in choosing the size. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges for reasons of consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other hypothesis. IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met. WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN Send an email to estudosfernandampf@gmail.com and inform: Product name; Order number; Email registered in the purchase; Reason for exchange or return; VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT Once all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for product return and we will refund the value paid for the product and shipping. FORMS OF REFUND Credit card reversal: this reversal may appear in up to two invoices after the completion of the return by the payment gateway. PIX - Transfer to the customer's account which can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return.
